Your reference style
You can send a reference image, but the result must work with the coat that is actually present. Tight matting, short regrowth or a different coat texture may require another option, which should be agreed before work begins.
Health information
Mention age, underlying conditions, recent surgery, medication and skin or ear concerns. If the issue needs medical assessment, consult the veterinarian already caring for your pet; grooming is not healthcare treatment.

01 · Information
We review breed, approximate weight, coat condition, requested style and sensitive handling points before accepting the dog.
02 · Familiarisation
Your dog is introduced to the table and tools at a suitable pace before the agreed hygiene, nail, ear or detangling work begins.
03 · Cleansing
Water temperature is checked. Wetting begins from the feet so the dog can adjust before bathing and rinsing continue.
04 · Drying and brushing
The coat is towelled, dried and brushed as it dries. Dense or tangled areas are handled according to the real coat rather than pulled quickly to save time.
05 · Trimming
The agreed style is adapted to remaining coat length, body proportions and what the dog can comfortably manage during that session.
06 · Handover
At collection, the owner receives relevant notes about sensitive skin, handling responses or at-home brushing where those points were observed.

Can you quote from breed alone?
Breed is not enough for a reliable scope. Actual size, coat length, matting and whether you need bathing or a full trim all affect the work. A recent photo and weight help ChinoPet discuss it more accurately before confirmation.
Can a matted coat keep the reference style?
It depends on where the mats are and how close they sit to the skin. The groomer needs to examine the coat, then discuss detangling, a shorter trim or a different style. We do not promise a photographed result before that check.
What if my dog fears the dryer or nail trimming?
Tell us in the enquiry. The team assesses what remains appropriate during the session. A step may need to stop or be handled another way rather than forcing the dog to finish everything.
How often should my dog be groomed?
There is no single schedule for every dog. Coat growth, shedding, daily activity, home brushing and skin condition all matter. ChinoPet can leave care notes after a session, while unusual hair loss or skin changes should be discussed with a veterinarian.
